Dani Pedrosa and I

After my come back in the previous post. I realized that I never write down about Dani in person. Yes I wrote about review of some races in the last year but I never actually wrote anything about Dani himself.

Dani Pedrosa is someone who can make me smile only by seeing he smiles and make me cry only by seeing him sad or disappointed. Even I remember there were times when I cry for just being not able to watch his race.

I know you might think that I’m crazily over-attracted by him because my friends also said so. Well, it turns out, yes, I’m so crazy in love with this guy. I’ll tell you how can this happen.

Back in 2000, sometimes my big brother watched GP 500cc (now Moto GP) on television and because I was still in grade 6, I would just sit and watch whatever he watch. I knew I wouldn’t allow to change the channel. So, he watched and supported Doohan. After twice or more I started to be interested to GP, but I just didn’t know who would I support and I just looked Carlos Checa and thought he was cool, so I supported him.

In 2002, there was a guy named Daijiro Kato. He was cute, talented and cool and I just liked him too. I used to talk a lot about him with my sister. But in the first race of 2003 season, on his hometown, Japan, he had big crash and the worst thing he had to leave his wife, his children, his fans, and me. He passed away a week after the accident. I cried and I knew on the other part of the world, a lot of people cried for him. I wished he would have completed his dream to be a Moto GP world champion, but nothing could bring him back.

I still watched Moto GP after Daijiro passed away, I just couldn’t stop. One day, I was waiting for Moto GP race to be started and I took a look at GP 125cc race and I was amazed by the winner that day. Honestly, he was so young, cute, talented and he got the sweetest smile I’d ever seen. I found out that his name was Daniel Pedrosa.

In 2004, Dani went to GP 250cc so I started to watch GP 250cc just to know if he was as good as I thought. Beyond what I expected, he was unbelievably incredible. Despite his injury on the practice before the season began, he won most of the race, and he became the 250cc world champion.

The next season, 2005, again, he showed that I definitely did not making a mistake by falling into him, he defended his world champion titled. Me? I just knew that I would never ever be able to stop loving him.

Dani moved to Moto GP in 2006. People started to talk about his small posture and how it would make him difficult to win. They were wrong about him. He proved he finished second on his first race in Moto GP, plus he completed the season after collecting two 1st podiums.

Okay, I gotta to sleep right now, so I guess my story should end right here. I will continue sometime if I’m willing to write again. By the way, yesterday was Dani 27th Birthday, I wanna say Happy Birthday to him. Actually I did, by the twitter, but he has no twitter, so I just mentioned to box_repsol and wished for him to read it, though he might not remember mine because there should be so many people who did the same things. I wish him all the best wishes and I really mean when I say this. All the best. Including he win the title for this year :)

I made this for him by searching the method on Youtube. Not good enough for such a great person like him, but I promise I'll do better next year. Happy birthday Dani Pedrosa, sweetheart.

One more thing to tell you, I’m sorry for my bad English. I’m suck, I know, but I am learning English right now, so… I will not be ashamed for writing with wrong grammars. I will only be ashamed if I never try to write in English. If you find my mistake, please just leave me your corrections in the comment box bellow, okay?

I never have my own idol in my life, so I don't know what it feel
But, as I know, what you did for him was amazing, and I respect that :D

PS: Don't worry, your English seems normal (at least for me :P)
